Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including boxes and certificates (if applicable)
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation is required
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted for return.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-made or personalised jewellery
- Engraved items
- Items that have been resized or altered
- Gift cards or promotional items
- Items marked as final sale
Return Process
To start a return, please contact our customer support team with your order details.
Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
Please include clear photos of the item and packaging so we can review the issue.
After verification, we will offer a replacement, exchange, or refund depending on the situation.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that bank or payment processing times may vary.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund:

- Contact your payment provider
- Contact your bank, as processing may take time
If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours if they have not been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
